So, after leaving the system off for 2-3 days, I boot it and MBAM Premium will wait an hour to attempt to update itself. Malwarebytes Free Downloads Free virus scan & malware removal. Is this something that can be changed? I mean if a system is off for 2-3 days, MBAM will complain about the database being outdated by at least one day (a setting I know can be changed) yet it won't attempt to update itself until the scheduled update time passes. Lastly, it appears MBAM Premium doesn't attempt to check for updates when the system first boots. Given the fact several others are also reporting update issues, is this something that is being looked at? Is there a way to run MBAM Premium in a manner to generate more useful diagnostic information? I can focus on one system to get that kind of information but not 20+ systems. It's not practical for me to get diagnostic logs from each system. I have about 20+ people who run MBAM 1.75 Pro, and soon MBAM 2.0 Premium, who will come to me when there are MBAM issues. However, I just heard from yet another friend who runs MBAM Premium who is experiencing update issues. The Windows 8.1 system I mentioned above does update itself as well.

Thanks! A reboot of the Windows 7 system I mentioned above seemed to have worked.

I noticed it scans faster- in 5 min whereas previously took 25 min.for a full scan. Please see the following links and make up your own mind if you want to keep this on your system. today ,so i did ,but am wondering what if anything is different, other then overall look/design, from the previous version. Personally I would not trust installing any software from a company that resorts to stealing someone's technology to sell their product. The company behind this product was found to be stealing Malwarebytes database. Also you have some IObit software running, here is a little info on this company, and I would not do any business with them, but you can judge for yourself after review the links below. Its not a good idea to run two antivirus programs. These logs show that you are using Avira for your Antivirus but you also have some AVG services running. If this is indeed a different system, then perhaps you can See if MrCharlie is willing to help you with that computer as well, or start a new topic and let them know its a different computer. I recommend you stay with MrCharlie until given the all clear. Is this the same computer that you are currently working on with MrCharlie HERE? It does appear to be since the logs both show the same user (C:\Users\MarthaJane\)
